Strength, Endurance Camp

Sponsoring organization: North Peninsula Recreation Service Area

Instructed by Ned Clooten, this strength and endurance camp will focus on weight lifting (bigger, stronger, faster), plyometric (jumping and foot speed) and sprinting.

Spaces are limited.

Students in seventh through 12th grades

Dates: Monday through Thursday, June 2-July 3

Hours: 9 to 10:30 a.m.
