Addictions group meets

Community play offered

Clothes Quarters is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays. It is in the back of the parking lot of Our Lady of the Angels Church, 225 S. Spruce St. in Kenai.

Soldotna Aglow to meet

Nikiski holds Bible study

Nikiski Aglow is offering a Bible study program by Jennifer Kennedy Dean called “The Life Changing Power in the Blood of Christ” at 10 a.m. Wednesdays at the North Star Methodist Church in Nikiski. Coffee, tea, snacks, prayer and fellowship are included.

Bible school to take a ride

The Sterling United Pentecostal Church will host a vacation Bible school from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 5 at the church on the corner of Robinson Loop and Entrada Drive.

Community Bible school planned

The 14th annual all-community vacation Bible school.will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 6 to 30 at the Delores and John Lindemans’ farm.

Youth evangelism camp slated

The Christian Youth in Action camp will be held May 30 through June 7 at the Solid Rock Bible Camp. The camp will teach teens how to share the gospel with children, by using “The Wordless Book” in conjunction with the Bible. For more information, call Steve or Bev McKinley at 262-2685.

Vacation Bible school to host fiesta

The Peninsula Grace Brethren Church will hold vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon July 10 through 14 at Mile 19.5 Kalifornsky Beach Road, across from Craig Taylor Equipment.

Children ages 4 years through sixth grades are invited to a fiesta celebration, with music, games, Bible learning, crafts, snacks, and more. For more information, call 262-6442.

Summer Bible school sets sail

Grace Lutheran Church, School will host its Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 24 through 28, one block off of Kalifornsky Beach Road on Ciechanski Road.

Children preschool through eighth grade are welcome to “Set Sail with the Son. Join the Crew.”
