Mayor doesn't need a raise

Who wouldn't want to make $99,000 a year? It sounds pretty nice, but in a world full of budget cuts and layoffs a $19,000 raise is ridiculous, especially for a newcomer. We aren't talking about a person that hasn't had a raise in 20 years. As far as I'm concern it was a very poor decision.
