Health and fitness fair planned

The Kenai Senior Citizens Center will hold a senior health and fitness fair at 9 a.m. Wednesday, the 10th anniversary of National Senior Health and Fitness Day.

Participants at the fair will walk, dance, play and learn ways to better fitness and health. Studies have shown that people should engage in regular physical activity on all, or most, days of the week.

Anchor Point
