Nita's Smoked Salmon Dip or Salmon Log

8 ounces kippered or soft smoked salmon (king is best)

3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened (light brand is fine to use)

3 tablespoons sour cream

1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

1 shake Worcestershire sauce

1 shake hot sauce

Juice of one lemon or 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Finely chopped pecans (optional for log only)

Mix everything, except pecans. For log, roll in chopped pecans and form in log. Wrap and chill overnight. For dip, spread on crackers for a snack.
