Drama troupe meeting set

Kyds Tyme, a Christian musical drama troupe, meets from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Mondays at St. Francis Episcopal Family Church of God in Kenai. For more information, call 283-1970.

Bible study group to meet

Nikiski Aglow meets at 9:30 a.m. Wednesdays at New Hope Fellowship at Mile 23 of the Kenai Spur Highway. It is open to area women.

Clothes Quarters open

Clothes Quarters, in the back of the parking lot at 225 Spruce at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church in Kenai, will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Summer family nights planned

The Soldotna Church of God will host family night from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays throughout the summer at the church at 105 W. Redoubt. Stories, games and crafts are some of the planned activities.

Dinner is at 6 p.m. The cost of dinner is $2 per person or $7 per family.

Drama production set to run

The Starlight drama team from the Lighthouse Community Church will present the play "Nowhere to Run" at 6 p.m. Sunday at the church at Mile 25 of the Kenai Spur Highway. For more information, call 776-8234.

Clothes 2 Go is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays in the basement of the Nikiski Inlet Faith Church on the corner of MaGahan and Marie. Items cost 25 cents and up.

VBS safari adventure set

The Star of the North Lutheran Church will host a safari-adventure themed vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through June 10 at the church at 215 N. Forest Drive in Kenai. Children ages 3 and up may attend. There is no fee. For more information, call 283-4153.

Christian conference set

Kalifonsky Christian Center will host its "On Wings of Eagles" conference June 12 through 19 at the center at Mile 17 of Kalifornsky Beach Road.

The conference schedule is: June 12 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.; June 13 through 18 at 7 p.m.; and June 19 at 10:30 a.m.

Featured speakers will be Prophet Jeff Burke and Pastor Rocky Abernathy, both of Georgia, Prophet Tom Stamman of Minnesota and Pastor Daniel Garcia of Argentina.

Summer Bible school slated

The College Heights Baptist Church will host a vacation Bible school from 6 to 8:50 p.m. Monday through June 11 at the church at 44440 Kalifornsky Beach Road.

Children ages 4 through sixth grade are eligible to attend. Games, music, crafts and snacks are some of the planned activities.

The children will perform a musical drama for parents and friends at the end of the week. There is no fee.

Road trip set for VBS

The Kenai First Baptist Church will host a vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through June 10 at the church.

Children ages 4 through sixth grade are eligible to attend.

Built around a road trip across America, the week will features Bible stories, a souvenir shop of crafts, music in the tune-up station and road related refreshments and recreation activities. For more information, call 283-7672.

Solar Express planned

Soldotna Bible Chapel will host a vacation Bible school titled Solar Express from 9 a.m. to noon June 20 through 24 at the church at 300 W. Marydale.
