Patricia A. Lott of Gordon, Wis., died Monday, May 25, 2009, at home with her family. She was 80.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Minong, Wis. Father Kinney officiated.
Mrs. Lott was born March 17, 1929, in Crosby, Minn., to Father Milutin Raskovich and Lillian Lazzaro. She was a graduate of Nashwauk High School and married Matthew Lott on Jan. 14, 1950.
The couple raised seven children. They started their life together in Minnesota and moved to Alaska in 1975. They built a home in Wisconsin in 1985 and, after Matthew's retirement, moved to Wisconsin, where they were residing at the time of her death.
They spent summers traveling to Alaska to see their children and grandchildren. Later they spent winters between Florida, Arizona and North Carolina visiting their children.
"During her illness, she kept in touch with friends and family through the Caring Bridge Web site. It brought smiles to her face and love into her heart each day as she read the many well wishes," her family said.
Mrs. Lott was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, George, John and Pat; and sisters, Evelyn, Angeline, Loretta and Rosella.
She is survived by her husband; children, Ricki Heffernan and her husband, Robert, of Eau Claire, Wis., Patti of Kenai, Theresa Dellinger and her husband, Joseph, of Rutherfordton, N.C., Matthew and his wife, Karen, of Phoenix, Jackie and her husband, Eddie, of Kenai, James and his wife, Annalea, of Kenai and Michael and his wife, Natasha, of Kenai; grandchildren, Trevor, Spring, Amy, Angela, Nichole, Tiffany, Ashley, McKinnon, Casey, Matthew, Jon, Ashley, Lindsey, Hayden, Sydney, Sarah, Landon, Cala, JT, Michael and Roman; great-grandchildren, Dillon, Angela, Alexa, Cheyenne, Hallie, Chloe, Caleb and Rome; sisters, Marion Barta and Pam Sjogren; and brothers, Louis Raskovich, Richard, James, John, Louis and Sam Stocco.
Arrangements were made by the Cremation Society of Minnesota.
