Bundy celebrates milestones

Former Kasilof resident Sadie Dalebout Bundy graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy degree May 12 from the University of Montana. While attending college she married Nate Bundy in July 2005 and gave birth to a daughter, Mazzy Sue, on May 1, 2007.

Bundy lives and works in Montana. She is a 2003 graduate of Skyview High School.

Dutton makes dean’s list



Sterling resident Marcia Lynn Dutton was named to the dean’s list at Pensacola Christian College in Florida. To be named to the list students must have earned at least a B average.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Dutton of Sterling.

Lousberg graduates college

Soldotna resident Alice L. Lousberg graduated from the College of Saint Benedict on May 12 in St. Joseph, Minn. Lousberg received a bachelor of arts degree in political science.

She is the daughter of Dan and Loretta Lousberg of Soldotna.

Hensley receives grant

Febra Hensley with Junior Achievement of the Peninsula received a community grant for $2,500 from the Fred Meyer Foundation for Junior Achievement. JA uses hands-on experiences to help young people understand the economics of life. In partnership with business and educators, Junior Achievement brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential.

It is a nonprofit organization sponsored by corporate and individual contributors
