Car owner Roger Penske is on a roll. His IRL teams finished one-two at the Indianapolis 500; one of his stock car teams, Ryan Newman, won Sunday's race at Dover. All that's left is for Rusty Wallace, the cornerstone of the Penske empire, to get on track. Wallace recently talked about what it will take to win on the NASCAR Winston Cup Series and he tackled the difficult topic of Toyota coming to NASCAR.
