ANCHORAGE (AP) -- Five board members of Cook Inlet Region Inc. were reelected June 2 at the company's board meeting in Puyallup, Wash.
Charles Anderson, Michael Boling, Gosta Dagg, Ronald Perry and Dr. Terry Simpson will serve three-year terms on the regional Native corporation's board, ending in 2004.
Simpson was elected chairman of the board, Anderson was elected vice chairman, Agnes Brown was elected secretary, Clare Swan was elected assistant secretary; Boling is treasurer and Perry is assistant treasurer.
Patrick Marrs was elected to replace Robert Woodhead who resigned last month. Marrs, who served on the board from 1977 to 2000 will fill the seat until it expires in 2002.
