Donations a class act

On behalf of the class of 2009 of Nikiski High School, I would like to extend thanks to Arby's, NAPA, Golden Tan, Carquest, Shucks, The Haircutters, Three Bears, Block Buster, Affinity Salon and Day Spa, Spenard Builders Supply, XTO Energy Inc., Dan's TV, Kenai Vision, Fred Meyer, Alyeska Tire and Auto Service, Tesoro, Elite Health and Fitness, Dan's Automotive, La Casa Italiana, McDonald's, AK Kutz, Dr. Julien, DDS, Dr. Hudson, DDS, Nikiski Middle-High School PTA, British Petroleum, Homer Electric Association, Dukowitz Machine, Brown Agency, Big G Electric and, last but not least, North Peninsula Recreation Service Area for their generous gift donations to the Nikiski High School's class of 2009 graduation celebration. It was awesome.

Thank you for contributing to such a great celebration of our accomplishments. We're very grateful for your donations and hope we can reciprocate some day.

Team spirit comes together for good cause

Team SBS would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their help in making our Relay For Life fundraising such a success: Funny River Chamber for sponsoring our Relay for Life raffle; Ed and Joss of Advantage Angling for donating half a day on the Kenai for two people; Cristin of Kenai SBS for the handmade jewelry; Debbie of Kenai SBS for the handmade cuddle fleece; Martina of Soldotna SBS for her PiYo class; Cayla of Karlene's Day Spa for her massages; Pizza Boys for donating lunch for the car wash volunteers; Buckets for donating lunch for the car wash volunteers; Team SBS for pulling together to double our goal and triple what we did last year.
