Salad bar, milk, bread or roll served daily.

Today: Chicken, mashed potatoes, country gravy, creamed corn, spinach

Wednesday: Swedish meatballs, rice, Scandinavian vegetables

Thursday: Taco bar

Friday: Outside grill, hamburgers and hot dogs, baked beans, corn on the cob

Monday: Pork roast, baked potato, gravy, broccoli with cheese


Dessert served every day.

Today: Hamburger with bun, macaroni salad, fruit cup

Wednesday: Roast pork, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli, applesauce

Thursday: Meatloaf, baked potato, zucchini and tomato, fruit cup

Friday: Grilled steaks, hash browns, spinach salad

Monday: Baked chicken, rice pilaf, zucchini squash

Wednesday: Sweet and sour pork, rice, vegetables, pot stickers, pineapple

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Ham sandwich on wheat bread, chunky tomato soup, sherbet

Thursday: Meatloaf, baked potato, brussels sprouts, melon slice

Friday: Moose back strap, mashed potatoes, vegetables, vegetable soup

Saturday: Annual barbecue of pork ribs, chicken, baked beans, potato and coleslaw salads, roll at 4 p.m.
