Kenai Performers will hold an organizational meeting to recruit new members Monday at 6 p.m. at Charlotte's Restaurant in Kenai.

The group, which promotes community theater throughout the central peninsula, is looking for actors, directors, musical directors, producers and backstage helpers. Those at the meeting will assess the available local talent and start planning next year's production season.

Kenai Performers incorporated in the 1980s and has sponsored numerous plays and musicals, including last winter's hit performance of "Fiddler on the Roof."

For more information, call Carol Ford at 776-8308.
