Man in hospital after ATV wreck

ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A 41-year-old man suffered severe internal injuries after wrecking an all-terrain vehicle near Saltery Cove on Kodiak Island Saturday evening, according to the Coast Guard.
Within an hour of the accident, William Ourada was airlifted by a Jayhawk helicopter from the Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak to a pad at Spruce Cape in town, then transferred by ambulance to Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center.
Ourada, later taken to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, was listed in fair condition Sunday night.
