Wednesday: Egg fu yung, rice, sweet and sour chicken, fortune cookies

Thursday: Italian sausage on rigatoni pasta, Italian vegetables, French bread

Friday: Barbecue, pork ribs, chicken, pork and beans, corn biscuits

Saturday: Stuffed cabbage rolls, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, rye bread

Sunday: Beef kabobs with peppers, onions, tomatoes, egg noodles

Monday: Homer meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, hot rolls


Today: Chicken ala king, pastry shell, Italian beans, fruit cup, dessert

Wednesday: Chicken stir fry, Mongolian beef, fried rice, peas, fortune cookies

Thursday: Ham and beans, Jell-O salad, corn bread, dessert

Friday: Grilled steaks, twice baked potatoes, tossed salad, roll, strawberry shortcake

Monday: Baked cod, oven browned potatoes, carrots, roll, apple crisp


Today: Taco bar, Spanish rice, refried beans, corn

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, baked beans, potato salad, cake

Thursday: Chicken fried steak, potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables

Friday: Spaghetti, green beans, garlic bread

Monday: Cabbage rolls, scalloped potatoes, vegetables

Milk and coffee served every day.

Thursday: Roast pork, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, spinach salad, apple cobbler

Monday: Corn beef brisket, potatoes, carrots, celery, steamed cabbage, applesauce


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Reuben sandwich, potato salad, apple crisp

Wednesday: Lemon breaded pollock, tater tots, green beans, baked custard

Thursday: Stuffed cabbage rolls, steamed carrots, brownie

Friday: Barbecued pork on a bun, baked beans, cauliflower, rainbow Jell-O with topping

Monday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, peas, strawberry shortcake


Today: Breakfast to order of biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Crisp chicken cutlets, cous cous, stir fry, asparagus, cheddar cauliflower soup

Thursday: Perch, black beans and rice, buttered beets, ham and vegetable soup

Friday: Father's Day lunch of roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, apple pie and ice cream

Saturday: Barbecue at 4 p.m.

Monday: Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, broccoli, minestrone soup
