Micah Daniel Scheller died June 7, 2000, in Sterling.
He was 3 months old.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Ministry of Living Stones Church off Otter Trail in Sterling. Visitation will start at 1 p.m.
Micah was born on Feb. 17, 2000, in Soldotna, the son of Brian and Jennifer Scheller.
Micah went with his mom to the The Academy of Higher Learning everyday.
He watched his mother teach history, English, reading and math and loved all of his classmates that took care of him.
Micah's parents said, "To Micah, for three-and-a-half months, we had our son; and God deemed fit his work was done, to turn hearts of the people toward God above; know this, Micah, our son, we loved. Now one fine day, when we're together again, it will be another new beginning without any end."
Micah is survived by his parents, Brian and Jennifer; brother, Sammy; cousins; aunt Joy Platt; his grandparents; and many brothers and sisters in the family of Christ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to The Academy of Higher Learning Scholarship Fund, c/o Ministry of The Living Stone Inc., P.O. Box 682 Sterling, AK 99672.
