Wednesday: Pork chops, acorn squash, dressing, bread

Thursday: Beef stew, corn bread, honey butter

Friday: Teriyaki chicken, egg fu young, chow mein, rice

Monday: Beef short ribs, potatoes au gratin, green beans, rolls


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Veal Parmesan, noodles, spaghetti sauce, tossed salad, jelled confetti

Wednesday: Seafood plate, rice pilaf, garden salad, apple salad, chocolate pudding

Thursday: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, fruit cup, dessert

Friday: Grilled steak, stuffed potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, sundaes

Monday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, ice cream

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.
