Community Schools sponsors Youth Arts

The Soldotna Community Schools is sponsoring the seventh annual Youth Fine Arts Institute a program recognized by the Kennedy Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Kenai Peninsula College. A showcase of the young artists work for family and friends will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Friday.
KPC hosts the institute each year which focuses on offering hands-on opportunities in all forms of the arts for children from prekindergarten through sixth grade.
