Noted Jewish speakers to visit

A Jewish World Office youth director will speak to two central Kenai Peninsula churches during June. Kay Hudgins, director of the Jewish World Office of Youth With a Mission, is being presented by MoAdim Messianic Fellowship. Hudgins will speak at the Church of the Nazarene in Nikiski at 10:45 a.m. Sunday and at Birch Ridge Community Church at 11 a.m. June 27. She has been involved in the 80 Nations Project developing Jewish ministry within YWAM in Ukraine, Kiev and Brazil.

Music of India to be featured

The Gospel Messengers Team from India, led by Tony Anthony, will be at Kalifonsky Christian Center on Saturday and Sunday. The group offers praise and worship of Jesus Christ with Indian classical music and Bible skits. Service times are 7 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

God and country rally planned

The 13th annual God and Country Rally is scheduled for 6 p.m. June 27 at the Soldotna High School auditorium.

This year's rally features a choir performing patriotic music and a media presentation titled "Spirit of America."

Special recognition will be given to all branches of the military. Don Argue, president of Northwest College in Kirkland, Wash., will be the featured speaker. Argue was an U.S. presidential appointee and advisor on human rights and is a past president of the National Association of Evangelicals.

The purpose of the rally is to honor all veterans and recognize God's blessings on the nation. For more information, call 262-7416.

Christian song and dance highlighted

The Continentals singing and dancing troupe will perform at 7 p.m. June 30 at Abundant Life Assembly of God in Sterling.

Through Christian music, the evangelical group communicates the truth of Jesus Christ as the only absolute in an ever-changing world. The group of 30 vocalists and technicians between 16 and 28 years old, combines contemporary Christian music with energizing choreography and personal testimony.

Judaism workshop planned

Women's prayer group to meet

Family worship offered on Thursdays

Peninsula Grace Brethren Church on Kalifornsky Beach Road offers "The River at Grace" worship experience for the whole family on Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Clothes2Go open Wednesdays, Fridays

The Inlet Faith formerly Aurora Heights Assembly of God Clothes2Go is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays to meet people's clothing needs.
