Quake rattles Valdez

ANCHORAGE (AP) -- Residents of Valdez felt a magnitude 4.5 earthquake that shook the ground at 11:26 a.m. Tuesday.
The quake was centered five miles west of Valdez, according to the West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer.
The center received no reports of damage.
