Alycia Bowden, Morgan Tschida, Sarah Hall, Liz Baker and Taylor Calderwood work to paint a fire hydrant in Kenai earlier this week during a Kenai Peninsula 4H Association community service event. About a dozen kids fanned out across the city to spruce up the hydrants.
