Former Kenai Peninsula resident Gary Scott Anderson died peacefully in his sleep Wednesday, June 6, 2001, at his home in Big Lake. He was 42.
His ashes will be scattered in a private service at one of his favorite fishing spots.
Mr. Anderson was born June 21, 1958, in Jamestown, N.Y. He lived on the peninsula before moving to Big Lake in 1984.
He worked a number of different jobs and had been disabled for several years. Mr. Anderson enjoyed hunting, fishing and electronics.
He is survived by his wife, Jane; son, Joseph; daughter, Jessica; and brother, Mike.
Arrangements were made by Kehl's Palmer Mortuary.
