Mayor vs. manager debate needs to be honest

Charlie Pierce and Mayor Carey have the right idea. It is time for the debate to begin on a borough manager form of government. Following a good and honest debate it will be up to the voters.
As the debate heats up and arguments for both views are expressed, it must be remembered that it is not about Mayor Carey, Mayor Williams or Mayor Bagley. Our decision must be made simply on the merits of what is best for the borough and whether or not to change our form of government.
