Bible school set at First Baptist Church

The First Baptist Church in Kenai will hold its vacation Bible school, "The Fantastic Good News Ocean Odyssey," for those ages 3 through sixth grade starting Monday from 9 a.m. to noon. The classes are based on an underwater experience. Every day will include a worship rally, then kids will scuba dive through adventure-filled Bible stories, create ocean crafts, explore missions reefs, experience Ocean Odyssey music, taste snacks and dive into creative recreation. The focus will be "Diving into the Depths of God's Faithfulness." For more information call 283-7672.

Ninilchik church plans Bible school

Vacation Bible school will be held at Ninilchik Full Gospel Church for ages 3 through 12 beginning Tuesday. The theme is "It's a Party! Celebrating God's Gift." The session runs every day through June 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. The church is on Kingsley Road in Ninilchik, next to the post office. If you need a ride, call Harriet Covy at 567-1066.
