This letter is to give thanks to the many helping hands who have extended their generosity during our families time of need.
From the friends and staff of the Nikiski Church of Christ, to Love Inc and the Kenai Merit Inn, the local cab companies, Toni Prince at OCS, the Lay Family of Soldotna, the Warren family of North Kenai, Rhonda and the staff at Public Assistance, Alaska State Trooper Hamilton, the anonymous people who picked us up hitchhiking, and even to a gentleman we simply know as Tim from the Eagles Club. We owe all of you a million thank you's.
My wife, son and I recently relocated to the Kenai area after having to abruptly move from the Wasilla area, with no money to live off of except for an unemployment check every two weeks until we found work and a stable place to live. What followed was a series of unforseen events in which we found ourselves in desperate times and in desperate need.
Now, my wife has found work, I have found work, our newborn son is still in perfect health, our animals are being well cared for, and we have a stable roof over our heads again in what we can only keep calling a chain of day-by-day miracles.
For any of you out there who have ever lost faith or lost hope, let this letter be a simple reminder that even in the darkest of times, that if you remember to keep your faith and keep your chin up that even you will be blessed with Divine Blessings and Good Will. Thanks again to everyone.
