Salad bar and milk served daily.

Today: Liver and onions, Spanish rice, sourdough bread

Wednesday: Cheese enchiladas, refried beans, salsa and chips

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots

Friday: Outside grill with mesquite turkey, barbecue pork sandwich, corn, coleslaw

Saturday: Beef sirloin, rice pilaf, asparagus with Hollandaise sauce


All meals include milk, coffee, tea, soup, salad bar, bread or roll.

Today: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, pear salad, dessert

Wednesday: Hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, coleslaw, chocolate cake

Thursday: Salmon with lemon, rice pilaf, French cut beans, Jell-O salad, dessert

Friday: Pizza, three bean salad, cottage cheese with peaches, dessert


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon, lunch includes salad bar, bread, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: French dip sandwich, french fries, green beans

Wednesday: Area senior picnic at noon at Soldotna Creek Park

Thursday: Barbecue ribs potluck

Friday: Hungarian goulash, garlic bread, vegetable tray


Soup, salad bar and beverage bar are available every day.

Today: Tacos

Wednesday: Baked halibut, potatoes and vegetables, rolls, fruit salad

Thursday: Beefy mushroom and noodles, broccoli, French bread, pears

Friday: Barbecue chicken, ranch beans, garlic potatoes, pea salad, bread, peaches

Today: Spaghetti sauce, noodles, Italian vegetables, French bread, strawberry shortcake

Wednesday: Area senior picnic at noon at Soldotna Creek Park

Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, Jell-O cake

Friday: Turkey sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, fruit cocktail


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Brunch for lunch of waffles, bacon strip, egg casserole, melon wedge

Wednesday: Area senior picnic at noon at Soldotna Creek Park

Thursday: Baked potato bar

Friday: Seafood gumbo over steamed rice, brussels sprouts, gingerbread


Today: Breakfast to order of biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Beer battered halibut, tater tots, corn on the cob, clam chowder

Thursday: Pork noodle casserole, green beans, turkey wild rice soup

Friday: Build your own sandwich
