ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A man found dead Monday morning in a field behind a gas station was identified by police Wednesday as Roger Johnson, 46.
Police do not suspect foul play was involved in Johnson's death, spokesman Ron McGee said. They are awaiting results of toxicology tests by the state medical examiner's office to determine how Johnson died.
Franc Fallico, acting chief medical examiner, said the tests will take two to three weeks but the preliminary indication is that Johnson died of natural causes. He was extremely thin and appeared emaciated, Fallico said.
