5-8 p.m. -- Spaghetti feed fund-raiser for Seward Nordic Ski Club, race headquarters, Seward Middle/High School

6 p.m. -- Bib pick-up at race headquarters until 8 p.m.

7 p.m. -- Top Cover Air Force Band, Small Boat Harbor Plaza

7 p.m. -- Auction for men's, women's and junior races, race headquarters, Seward Middle/High School

7:45 p.m. -- Mount Marathon Race safety meeting, race headquarters, Seward Middle/High School

11:50 p.m. -- Fireworks on the waterfront

Wednesday

All day -- Food and craft booths

9 a.m.- 6 p.m. -- Seward 2003 Centennial Booth open. All Seward High School graduates, past and present residents are asked to register at the Seward 2003 Centennial Booth at Fourth and Adams Street (World Express Travel Bldg.) Register to be invited to "The Place To Be in 2003."

9 a.m. -- Homemade pie sale, United Methodist Church, Fourth and Church Street

9:15 a.m. -- Fourth of July Celebration opening speech, Mayor Edgar Blatchford

9:30 a.m. -- Seward Chamber of Commerce information booth open until 5 p.m.

9:30 a.m. -- Junior Mount Marathon Race

9:40 a.m. -- 50-meter Preteen Marathon for 7-to-12-year-olds, Fourth and Jefferson

10 a.m. -- Sloppy Joe feed, Resurrection Lutheran Church, Third and Jefferson

10 a.m. -- Two-on-two basketball sign-up until noon, Youth Center Court

10 a.m. -- Lions Club Sno Cones and popcorn, fire hall north lot

10 a.m. -- Photo buttons/key chains/tie-dye shirts, Youth Center, Third and Jefferson

10:30 a.m. -- Free-throw shooting contest for 8-to-14-year-olds, Youth Center Court

10:45 a.m. -- Coloring contest, fire hall south lot

11 a.m. -- Chicken barbecue, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Fifth and Jefferson

11:15 a.m. -- Women's Mount Marathon Race

11:30 a.m. -- Mini Mount Marathon Race for 2-to-6 year-olds, Fourth and Adams

Noon -- Nail driving contest, fire hall north lot

1 p.m. -- Egg and spoon race, First National Bank of Anchorage parking lot, Fourth and Adams

1:30 p.m. -- Two-on-two basketball, Youth Center court

1:30 p.m. -- Parade, "Seward: An Outdoor Sensation," Fourth Ave. Bob Shafer, grand marshal

2 p.m. -- Top Cover Air Force Band, south fire hall lot

2:15 p.m. -- Water balloon toss, First National Bank parking lot, Fourth and Adams

3 p.m. -- Men's Mount Marathon Race

6 p.m. -- Mount Marathon Race Awards Ceremony, AVTEC gymnasium

7 p.m. -- Top Cover Air Force Band, Seward Military Resort
