Drama troupe meeting set

Kyds Tyme, a Christian musical drama troupe, will meet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Mondays at St. Francis Episcopal Family Church of God in Kenai. For more information, call 283-1970.

Bible study group to meet

Nikiski Aglow meets at 9:30 a.m. Wednesdays at New Hope Fellowship at Mile 23 of the Kenai Spur Highway. It is open to area women.

Family nights set

The Soldotna Church of God will host family nights from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays throughout the summer at the church at 105 W. Redoubt.

Stories, games and crafts are some of the activities planned for the family nights.

Dinner is at 6 p.m. The cost of dinner is $2 per person or $7 per family. For more information, call 262-4729.

Clothes Quarters open

Clothes Quarters, in the back of the parking lot at 225 Spruce at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church in Kenai, will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday. For more information, call 283-4555.

Clothes 2 Go is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays in the basement of the Nikiski Inlet Faith Church on the corner of MaGahan and Marie. Items cost 25 cents and up.

VBS trip set to travel

Calvary Baptist Church will host a "Ramblin' Road Trip; Which Way Do I Go?" vacation Bible school from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday at the church at 208 Lawton Drive in Kenai. There is no fee. For more information, call 283-5692 or 283-4781.

Bible school set to take off

Kenai Christian Church will host a "Ramblin' Road Trip; Which Way Do I Go?" vacation Bible school from 9:45 to 12:30 p.m. and from 6 to 8:45 p.m. Monday through July 15 at the church. Music, crafts, food, games and stories are some of the planned activities. Children ages 2 through the sixth grade are eligible to attend. There is no fee. For more information, call 283-1059.

VBS, sports camp planned in Sterling

The Sterling Lutheran Church will host a vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through July 15 at the church across from the Sterling Elementary ball fields. Bible stories, crafts, music and games will be led by a team from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Tinley Park, Chicago. Children age 3 years to sixth grade may attend. Children in grades seven through nine are eligible to attend sport camps that will be from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Sterling Elementary School sports field. Baseball camp will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and soccer camp will be held Thursday and July 15. For more information, call 262-9259.

The North Kenai Chapel will host a vacation Bible school from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. July 18 through 22 at the church at Mile 29 Kenai Spur Highway.
