All meals include milk, coffee, tea, soup, salad bar, bread or roll.

Today: Chicken Alfredo, noodles, zucchini, dessert

Wednesday: Pork roast, applesauce, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, rhubarb cake

Thursday: Baked chicken, rice pilaf, peas, fresh melon, dessert

Friday: Barbecue sandwich, macaroni salad, broccoli, fruit cup, brownie

Monday: Sirloin tips on egg noodles, acorn squash, vanilla pudding


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon and includes salad bar, bread, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Tuna casserole, carrots, garlic bread

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, potato salad, baked beans, birthday cake

Thursday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn

Friday: Spaghetti, garlic bread, green beans

Monday: Taco bar, Spanish rice, Mexican corn


Today: Brunch for lunch

Wednesday: Enchilada bake, beans and rice, peaches

Thursday: Tarragon chicken, vegetables, rolls

Friday: Barbecue beef, baked beans, potato salad, brussels sprouts, rolls, oranges

Monday: Glazed ham, sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, lima beans, pineapple


Today: Oriental chicken, rice, mixed vegetables, chocolate cake

Wednesday: Tacos, rice, refried beans, ice cream

Thursday: Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, California vegetables, mixed fruit

Friday: Chicken salad sandwich, potato soup, tossed salad, cookies

Monday: Beef-fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, dinner roll, fruit salad


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.
