Boiled fishheads

Remove gills and wash fish head, then quarter.

Boil in enough water to cover, add lemon, onion, salt and garlic if desired.

Boil until fork tender.

Scoop out cooked head and keep warm. Serve hot with steamed spinach, brown rice and lipton tea.
