Notes: The raceway is about 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, and it's an identical replica of the speedway built at Kansas City ... The new pavement a year ago made it difficult to pass. Drivers are hoping the harsh winter, added with another year of seasoning, will make the conditions more conducive for passing.
