Social Security Administration representatives will be on the Kenai Peninsula from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 19 at Seward City Hall, from noon to 4 p.m. July 20 at Kenai City Hall and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 21 at the Homer Senior Citizens Center.

Class of 1985 reunion planned
Soldotna High School class of 1985 will hold its 20th class reunion at 7 p.m. July 22 at Sockeye's at Kenai Landing on Cannery Road.
It will host a picnic at 1 p.m. July 24 at the softball fields at the Green Strip Park in Kenai. Participants at asked to bring side dishes and drinks. Hamburgers, hot dogs will be provided. For more information, call Jhonna Mackey at 262-9020.

The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce has parade applications available online at www.soldontachamber.com for its 45th annual Progress Days parade July 23. There is no cost.

Garage sale fund-raiser planned
The Nikiski Senior Citizens Center will host a bazaar, garage sale and flea market fund-raiser Aug. 12 and 13 at the center. Space is available and food vendors and bands are encouraged to apply.

Women's run seeks volunteers
The LeeShore Center is seeking volunteers for its 18th annual Kenai Peninsula Run for Women. Volunteers are needed to staff waters tables, serve lunch and for safety positions along the race route.
Safety volunteers will need to take a short flagging course at the Kenai Police Department a few days before the run. For more information, or to volunteer, call 283-9479.
