Troopers investigate attempted kidnapping in Ketchikan

KETCHIKAN (AP) -- A 13-year-old girl was grabbed by a man on a mountain bike on the North Tongass Highway in Ketchikan Monday afternoon, Alaska State Troopers said.
Troopers say the suspect tried to pull the girl off her bike and into a ditch.
The girl described the suspect as a white male, in his mid-20s with blonde hair, a goatee and a muscular build. He's about 6 feet 4 inches tall.
Her description was used to create a sketch of the suspect.
