Natalie Merrick and George Jedlicka were married June 3 at the Revery Homestead. Paul Packard of Soldotna officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Michael and Joan Merrick and the late Mavauna Merrick. She graduated from Skyview High School in 1993, attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks and currently attends Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She is employed as a police dispatcher in King Salmon.
The groom is the son of David and Julie Jedlicka of King Salmon. He is a 1994 graduate of Bristol Bay High School, a 1998 graduate of the University of Oregon in Eugene and currently attends Nova Southeastern Dental School in Fort Lauderdale. He works for the U.S. Park Service in King Salmon.
The maid of honor was Jacelle Zoubek of Soldotna, and the flower girl was Sydney Zoubek of Soldotna.
Kurt Merrick of San Francisco was the best man, and Michael Jedlicka of King Salmon was the ring bearer.
The Kalgin String Quartet performed a solo piece for the event.
Out-of-town guests came from Chicago, Oklahoma, California and Anchorage.
The reception took place in the Revery Homestead barn.
The couple honeymooned in Naknek but plan to take a second honeymoon later this year. After finishing their studies in Florida, they plan to return to Soldotna.
