Thursday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, peas

Friday: Outside grill with barbecue pork ribs, chicken, beans, potato salad, melon

Saturday: Pot roast, red potatoes, carrots and celery, biscuits

Sunday: Baked ham, acorn squash with brown sugar, mashed potatoes and gravy

Monday: Beef stew, corn bread


All meals include milk, coffee, tea, soup, salad bar, bread or roll.

Today: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, zucchini with tomatoes, fruit cup, dessert

Wednesday: Barbecue ribs, mashed potatoes, peas, birthday cake

Thursday: Picnic at Agrium park in Soldotna

Friday: Corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, carrots, cottage cheese and peaches, dessert

Monday: Beef teriyaki, noodles, snow peas, spinach salad, baked apples


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon and includes salad bar, bread, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Sweet and sour pork, rice, carrots

Wednesday: Chicken stir fry, rice, broccoli

Thursday: Meatloaf, baked potatoes with trimmings, mixed vegetables

Friday: Chicken breast sandwich, potato salad, peas

Monday: Stuffed peppers, baked potatoes, mixed vegetables

Today: Bear roast, potatoes, carrots, French bread, fruit salad

Wednesday: Chicken alfredo pasta, vegetables, garlic toast, melon

Thursday: French dip sandwich with au jus, french fries, coleslaw, peaches

Monday: Meatloaf, potatoes, vegetables, biscuits, pears

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Southern-style catfish, corn fritters, spinach, berry pie

Thursday: Salad bar, minestrone soup, gingerbread

Friday: Oven-fried chicken, ranch beans, summer squash, peanut butter cookie

Monday: Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans, ice cream


Lunches include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs and omelets, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
