JUNEAU (AP) -- A woman who drowned in Juneau in April was legally drunk, according to a toxicology report.
Kimberly Potopinski, 35, was found floating between dock pilings in downtown Juneau. Her blood alcohol content was .384, or about four times the legal limit for driving, Juneau police said.
A state medical examiner report said an autopsy revealed no signs of foul play. Juneau police believe Potopinski's death was an accident.
