Malissa Frank and Charlie Evans of Sterling were married in an afternoon ceremony Saturday, June 9, 2007, at the bride's parents' home in Sterling. Jack Evans officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Darrin and Cassie Frank. She wore a white gown with silver accents and carried a bouquet of calla lilies.
The groom is the son of Jess and Sherry Evans of Soldotna. He worn a white pin-striped tuxedo with light blue accents.
Caressa Frank served as the maid of honor and worn a long celadon green dress that was made by the bride's mother. Anndrea Frank, Kendra Scovell, and Elizabeth Ludy were the bridesmaids. They wore short celedon green dresses made by the bride's mom. Mollee Verba and Morgan Nelson were the flower girls.
Chad Vouk served as the best man and Tyler Job, Jesse Evans, and Ethan Evans were the groomsmen. Timmber Frank was the ring bearer.
The couple honeymooned at Chena Hot Springs. They make their home in Sterling.
