Zindel, Strong announce nuptials

Miranda Zindel of Kenai and James Strong of Anchorage plane to marry Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007, at the Christ Lutheran Church in Soldotna with a reception at the Soldotna Airport at the home/hanger of the bride's uncle and aunt, Gary and Nancy Eoff.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robin and Donna Zindel of Kenai. She is graduated as class valedictorian from Cook Inlet Academy in 2003. She attends the University of Alaska Anchorage studying for an honors degree in philosophy. She recently won the Truman Award and she plans to attend law school with the intent of practicing disability law. Miranda is in Washington, D.C. interning at the Truman Scholars Summer Institute.

The future groom is the son of Jim and Cindy Strong of Anchorage. He attended Dimond High School in Anchorage and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a degree in finance. James is employed as a financial adviser for UBS Financial Services in Anchorage.
