Wednesday: Cheese enchiladas with verde sauce, refried beans, chips and salsa

Thursday: Pork chops, baked potatoes, green beans and corn, rolls

Friday: Outside grill with hamburgers, hot dogs, trimmings

Saturday: Leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, gravy, asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, rolls

Sunday: Sicilian chicken, red peppers, artichokes, rosemary potatoes

Monday: Carved roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cauliflower


All meals include milk, coffee, tea, soup, salad bar, bread or roll.

Today: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli, pineapple salad, corn bread, desserts

Wednesday: Honey chicken, rice pilaf, green beans, ice cream sundae

Thursday: Polish sausage, mashed potatoes, peaches, cookies

Friday: BLT sandwich, cream of tomato soup, spinach salad, vanilla pudding with fruit

Monday: Grilled cheese or tuna sandwich, macaroni salad, fruit cup, cookie


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon and includes salad bar, bread, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Navy bean soup, ham and cheese sandwiches, broccoli

Wednesday: Seasoned-baked chicken, stuffing, gravy, corn

Thursday: Potluck

Friday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, corn

Monday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, Mexican corn


Soup, salad bar and beverage bar are available every day.

Today: Roasted pork, apples, rice, corn rolls

Wednesday: Baked chicken, broccoli, pasta toss, Waldorf salad, rolls

Thursday: Liver and onions, potatoes, spinach, oranges

Friday: Clam fritters, oven fries, zesty beans, peaches

Friday: Baked or fried fish, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, chocolate pudding

Monday: Beef stew, corn bread, tossed salad, ice cream cake


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Corned beef and cabbage, onions, potatoes and carrots, peach cobbler

Wednesday: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, butterscotch pudding

Thursday: Brunch for lunch, French toast, sausage link, fresh fruit cup

Friday: Closed for Progress Days and summer bazaar

Monday: Pork roast, steamed potatoes, peas, chocolate pudding


Lunches include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Chili chicken strips, zesty corn and beans, rice, Southwestern bean soup

Thursday: Baked glazed ham, potato-vegetable medley

Friday: Elderberry Cafe open at 10 a.m.

Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, buttered cabbage, Italian soup
