Rafeal Akeo Purugganan died Monday, July 5, 2010, at Maui Memorial Medical Center in Hawaii. He was 39.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at the Eagles Lodge at 5765 Kenai Spur Highway, Kenai.
Family and friends are welcome to attend.
