Car owner Travis Carter has been close to being out of business on the NASCAR Winston Cup Series a couple times in the past few years. In 2002, Kmart filed for bankruptcy at the beginning, leaving him and driver Todd Bodine to put together a race-by-race schedule. Carter talks about the pitfalls of looking for sponsorship and the challenge to succeed.
