Melanie Crystal Fales
Kasilof resident Melanie Crystal Fales died Friday, July 21, 2006, at her home near Kasilof. She was 25.
A private family service will be held.
Mrs. Fales was born May 14, 1981, in Sand Point, Idaho. She moved to Alaska in October 2005, and was a homemaker.
“She was a beloved wife and mother. We had more plans. She was a good cook and gardener. She was a good friend to all. She enjoyed gardening and her puppy, Mercedes, “ her family said.
She is survived by her husband, Craig of Kasilof; daughter, Shyann Fales of Russell, Mass.; father, Eric Suitter of Moses Lake, Wash.; mother, Christine Horn of Montana; sister, Rebecca Michael of Moses Lake; brother, Eric Suitter of Moses Lake; sisters-in-law, Brenda Jones of Russell, Robin Wylie of Oakham, Mass., and Nicolina Figueroa of Westfield, Mass.; grandparents, Dwight and Mabel Suitter of Smelterville, Idaho; and father-in-law, Ernest Fales of Kasilof.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be sent to the family at P.O. Box 941, Kasilof, AK 99610.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel in Kenai.
