Jasper is always happy to run on the beach in Kenai. His owner, Lisa Thrapp of Kenai, found him in very bad shape on a deserted road in Arkansas when he was about three weeks old. A vet didn't think Jasper would make it, but his happy nature pulled him through. He's also survived being shot through the belly with an arrow by a careless hunter and heatstroke. He seems indestructible as long as his owner is looking after him, which she intends to do for a long time to come.
