No-Cook Honey Energy Bar

2/3 cup honey

cup creamy or chunky peanut butter

4 cups store-bought granola mix

In a 4-cup, microwave-safe container, microwave honey on high for 2-3 minutes or until honey boils. Stir in peanut butter; mix until thoroughly blended. Place granola in a large bowl. Pour honey mixture over granola and combine thoroughly. Press firmly into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan lined with wax paper. Let stand until firm. Cut into bars.

Makes 36 bars; 87 calories each.
