Low-Fat Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

cup light mayonnaise

cup reduced-fat sour cream

2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons lemon juice

teaspoon salt

2-3 drops Tabasco

Pinch cayenne pepper

Whisk together ingredients until well blended. Store in refrigerator in a sterilized, tightly covered glass jar. Makes about 1 cup.
