Winters, Luck marry on the beach

Morgan Winters and David Luck of Soldotna were married in an evening ceremony on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Kenai beach. Terri Pate officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Tyler and Wendy McConnell of Soldotna. She received her education at Cook Inlet Academy and Kenai Peninsula College. Morgan is employed by Wells Fargo Bank. For the ceremony she wore a long satin halter beach dress and carried a bouquet of sunflowers and roses. Madison McConnell served as the maid of honor and wore a short brown beach dress. Reed McConnell was the bridesmaid and also wore a short brown beach dress. The flower girl was Deighton Winters and she wore a long white satin dress.

The groom is the son of JB and Angela Luck of Seward. He received is education at Seward High School and Universal Technical Institute. David is employed by CH2MHill. The groom wore black slacks, shirt and tie for the ceremony. Hoyt Ogal was the best man and wore tan shirt and black slacks. Jesse Sweatt served as groomsman and also wore a tan shirt and black slacks.

Guest were served a beach cake courtesy of Lia Brown.

The reception was held in Soldotna.

The couple plan to honeymoon in Australia in March.
