All meals include milk, coffee, tea, soup, salad bar, bread or roll.

Today: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, dessert

Wednesday: Catfish, blackened peas, fried okra, corn bread, brownie

Soldotna

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, angel food cake with fruit

Wednesday: Chicken stir fry, mixed Oriental vegetables, steamed rice, fortune cookie

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread, vanilla pudding

Friday: Club sandwich on wheat, coleslaw, orange mandarin Jell-O and whipped cream

Monday: Chicken with dumplings, spinach, birthday cake

Nikiski

Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon and includes salad bar, bread, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: French dip, french fries, vegetable tray

Wednesday: Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables

Ninilchik

Soup, salad bar and beverage bar are available every day.

Today: Tacos

Wednesday: Turkey with trimmings

Seward

Milk and coffee served every day.

Today: Spaghetti sauce, noodles, Italian vegetables, French bread, strawberry shortcake

Wednesday: Ham and cheese sandwich, tomato soup, tossed salad, fruit

Sterling

Lunches include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Perch with cheese sauce, pasta, asparagus, halibut chowder

Homer

Salad bar and milk served daily.

Today: Egg Fu Yung, rice, teriyaki chicken, Oriental vegetables, chow mein noodles

Wednesday: Taco bar

Thursday: Pork chops, baked potatoes, green beans and corn, rolls

Friday: Outside grill with hamburgers, hot dogs, trimmings

Saturday: Leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, gravy, asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, rolls

Sunday: Sicilian chicken, red peppers, artichokes, rosemary potatoes

Monday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cauliflower
