Lifestyle should be repented not celebrated in local parade

Posted: Monday, August 02, 2004

I love my mommy and my middy?

How sad to see a float in the parade that said "I love my mommy and my middy." That is not a way of life and how sad that children are raised into it. Do you not understand that people do not hate homosexuals but they hate their sin and the lifestyle that they expect for everyone else to bow down and let it pass by? That they expect taxpayers to pay for the AIDS that they often gain due to that kind of life? God spoke of these things happening in the last days before his coming. In Romans, it simply states "... God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."

The world loves to talk about "love" and how everyone should love. But many forget that there will be and is a time of judgment. Love goes hand in hand with judgment. But the exciting thing? God sees each individual as a soul that can be reached with his love that he shed on the cross.

Wow! I will stand against the homosexual lifestyle but I will pray for those souls who are caught up in it and can be changed with the love of God. Homosexuality isn't something you are born into; it is a decision that one has made against God! So the next float should say ... I love my mommy and my daddy whom God created for his honor and glory.
