DILLINGHAM (AP) -- A Dillingham man died following an argument, but police in the Bristol Bay city said they don't believe the case was a homicide.
Police said they likely won't pursue any charges in Tuesday's death of Melvin Kasayulie, according to radio station KDLG.
Kasayulie, 32, reportedly got involved in an argument with a man who was intoxicated. Witnesses said Kasayulie was left unconscious after being pushed to the ground.
Police said the initial coroner's report indicates that Kasayulie's injuries from the argument did not cause his death. Further lab tests are still pending.
